Moving Forward....

Dear members,

I hope everyone is well and looking forward to getting back to some sort of normality very soon.

I just wanted to let you all know what we as a club will be doing in line with the government road map in regards to the opening of the club house.

The club directors and myself have met and we have decided due to running costs, budgets and club house maintenance we will not be opening the club until the week commencing 17th May when we can then use both the inside and outside of the club. (Hours to be arranged)

This decision has been made based on several factors, which we believe to be in the best interests of the club and the members at this present time.

Also as most of you will know we have kindly offered our club as a local vaccine centre, which has proved invaluable for the local community and our local medical centre, and I am sure some of you or even your parents and grandparents have had the opportunity to use this facility.

This will continue for as long as they need to use it but it will not prevent us opening in May and is not the reason we are not opening sooner.

We have lots of projects going on at the moment and some essential maintenance so you will see a pleasant change when we return in May.

If anyone has any questions regarding anything club related please give me a call it's always better to chat than post on social media!

Many thanks for your ongoing support and understanding during this challenging time.

Neil Tucker (Tucks)
Chairman
