U9 win at Weston

Last week’s lie in obviously benefited Clevedon as they came out of blocks running and quickly built a commanding lead and finished the first game 7 to 2 up. The second game was closer ending 5 to 3 to us and the final game ended 5 to 1 in our favor. In all honesty the score line flattered us slightly. They were very physical and well drilled with very fair and friendly coaches. I particularly enjoyed the refereeing tips given to me by one of their boys! However they were no match for our runners. It was a team effort though with everyone playing their part. The silverware went to Jack.
All in all a good trip down the M5 and our 4th win in a row.
