Dear Club Member, I would like to give notice that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be held at the clubhouse on Friday July 17th at 8pm. All fully paid up members will be sent the reports and previous minutes by email on the 10th July but the accounts will only be sent on request. Any questions that arise from the reports need to be sent to the Chairman by 13th July, they will then be passed to the relevant committee member to answer. These will be added to the minutes and sent back out at our earliest convenience.
