Josh Mortimore and Brian Largenton bagged two tries apiece, while further scores from Mike Taylor, Jack Williams, Tom Thie, Will Carpenter, Harvey Russell, Owen Biggins and Dave Rawle completed the rout.
Taylor kicked six conversions for the hosts as they made it ten wins from 12 games in 2015.
In an action-packed first-half, Clevedon exploded out of the blocks with four tries in a scintillating opening 20 minutes.
Brian Largenton continued his fine try-scoring form as he crossed for the first two of the afternoon, powering his way over from close range on both occasions.
Cullompton opened their account with a penalty in front of the posts, but that was to be as good as it got for the visitors.
Taylor was the next on the score sheet, latching on to a perfectly-weighted kick through from Rory Biggins – before great work from Chris Warren saw Jack Williams touch down for the bonus-point try.
Minutes later, Giltrow surged into the Cullompton half before offloading to scrum-half Mortimore who cantered in from 40 metres – and he then turned provider, freeing up Tom Thie for a run in to the line.
Carpenter then crossed for his first try of the season to send the hosts into the break with a 43-3 lead.
The second-half continued in a similar vein, with Mortimore sniping over for this second – and Dave Rawle added try number nine on the hour mark.
Man of the match Harvey Russell carved an opening from the back of a scrum for try number ten, before Owen Biggins capped another fine afternoon for Clevedon two minutes from time.
